We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. As a global service, we comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and COPPA.

If you integrate with Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, or other services, we receive wellness data only with your authorization and protect it equally.

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Services and secure your account
- To personalize content, features, and recommendations

Note: Wellness and Habit Data (health data) is processed only with your explicit consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. How We Share Your Personal Data
We may share your Personal Data with the following:
- Service Providers: hosting, data analytics, payment processing, IT services, infrastructure, customer support — all contractually restricted to protect your data.
- Analytics and Advertising Partners: may receive Device/Usage Data to measure campaign effectiveness & targeted ads (may count as “sale” under CCPA/CPRA)
- Legal Compliance and Safety: when required to comply with law or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers: during mergers/acquisitions financing events.
7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
The MyHabit App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.

You may have different rights depending on your region. These may include:

9. Data Retention
We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
- Account Data: retained while your account is active and briefly after
- Wellness & Habit Data: deleted or anonymized after account deletion
- Usage Data: generally retained up to 24 months
10. International Data Transfers
Juno Health LLC is based in the United States. Your Personal Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
For EEA, UK, and Swiss users, data transfers are protected via one or more safeguards:
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Additional supplementary security measures

However, no security system is impenetrable. Transmission of Personal Data to and from the App is at your own risk, and users should access the Services within a secure network environment.
